I incorporate tools and knowledge from a wide range of perspectives. I have a life long spiritual practice of qigong, yoga and meditation, I have worked all over the world leading women’s health and spiritual empowerment, and I’ve thrived through my own 5 year journey with Long Covid. My expertise in I’ve Breathwork, Functional Medicine, Biodynamic Cranial Sacral and Tantric Somatics inform all that I offer.
